Receiving Your Shipment

We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave the production facilities. Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it’s possible that in rare cases, damages may occur during shipment.

Before signing for the shipment inspect the carton and contents. You should have a knife, hammer, pry bar and wire cutters on hand to help open the carton. Should you notice any damage, please note it on the bill of lading, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

NOTE: We are not responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the Freight Bill of Lading.

If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, and there maybe concealed damage to the contents, make a notation on the bill of lading that you were not able to inspect the contents for damage before signing. You then have 24 hours to initiate a damage claim with us.

All standard and custom size wood exterior and interior doors and flooring are made to order and usually ship in 1 to 6 weeks. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your estimated ship date. If you do not get a shipping date from us, please let us know and we will get the information for you.

Transit time varies between 2 and 5 days depending upon your location in the US.

Please check the shipping cartons when they are delivered. Should your item be damaged, carefully document it on the driver’s Bill of Lading, refuse shipment and contact us immediately.

Custom made to order products are not returnable. If there are structural defects within the warranty period, the Manufacture’s warranty applies. Please read the warranty information prior to ordering

Most of our products have warranties from one (1) year to lifetime, please check your item for the actual warranty period and what is covered.
