Terms of Sale

Most of the products we sell are custom orders to meet the specific needs of our customers. The following policies apply to your order with Brown Dog Building Supply:

Order Cancellation must be made within 5 calendar days from the placement of the order.

Order Cancellations after that time will be subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 25% to 100% (amount to be determined by Brown Dog Building Supply, LLC and dependent upon the circumstances of each order)

Doors and Flooring can not be returned.

The lead/delivery time quote is from the time your order is placed into production. There can be a few days delay from the time you place the order with us due to paperwork and order verification and order acknowledgment.

Please order carefully, and check it twice, as we are not responsible for your measuring mistakes, or for errors you make in placing the order (i.e. door swing, size, glass selection, etc.)

Warranties apply for defects in products after delivery. Warranties are honored by the Manufacturer.

Rustic and reclaimed wood products are all unique and will have knots, variation in color, nail holes, etc. which are a part of the unique beauty of the product. We can not guarantee that the reclaimed wood products will look exactly like pictures or samples due to the unique nature of these products.

Products damaged in shipping will be replaced as long as the damage was noted on the freight bill upon receipt of the product and the shipment refused. Contact us as soon as possible if there is concealed damage that was not evident from the outside of the packing material.

We will make every effort to get your products delivered on time, however, occasionally there are production or shipping delays that are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays on the part of the manufacturer or shipping company

Customer Service is important to us, we will do everything we can to get your products to you on time.

All Prices listed on this web site are subject to change without notice, and products may be discontinued without notice. We make every effort to keep the prices updated, but mistakes can happen, and price changes from our suppliers can happen with little or no notice.
